Functional Communications' territory extends from Batavia in Western New York, throughout Upstate New York, into Berkshire County, Massachusetts. We have been actively servicing this region for decades and have created an extensive local client base. Our strategically located sales and service offices are in Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany.
